A MESSAGE FROM OUR BOARD PRESIDENT

It is a profound honor to serve as President of the Phoenix Police Foundation.

Having spent a large portion of my career in law enforcement, I understand firsthand what it means to put on the badge; its weight, its responsibility, and the quiet sacrifices carried by officers and their families long after a shift ends. Policing is not just a profession; it is a calling, and one that demands strength, resilience, and unwavering support.

The Phoenix Police Foundation exists for a simple but vital purpose: to stand behind those who stand between our community and harm. Through the generosity of our partners, donors, and corporate supporters, we are able to fund critical equipment, invest in officer wellness, recognize extraordinary service, and provide meaningful assistance during moments of crisis. These are needs that often fall outside traditional funding, but they are essential to keeping officers safe, healthy, and prepared.

Since 1925, forty-five Phoenix Police officers have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. We honor their legacy by committing ourselves to the wellbeing of those who continue to serve today, and by ensuring their families know they are not alone.
