Help protect your officers and citizens! On February 11, 2022, five Phoenix Police Officers were wounded by direct gunfire, and another four officers received injuries from bullet fragments when they were ambushed responding to a phony home invasion call. On December 14, 2021, Officer Tyler Moldovan was critically wounded, having been shot and struck eight times by an armed suspect, while responding to a call regarding a car driving erratically in a Phoenix neighborhood. On April 14th, a female officer was shot responding to a domestic violence call and on June 14th another female officer was ambushed by two masked suspects and shot multiple times.
As a community, we can come together to enhance officer and community safety by increasing the number of protective shields available to patrol officers responding to high-risk situations, such as approaching structures and vehicles. Protective shields can stop handgun and most rifle rounds. They are versatile and can be used in a variety of life-saving scenarios.
You or your organization can help! Please make your tax-deductible donation to increase the number of protective shields available to Phoenix Police Department patrol officers. Your donation will save officer and citizen lives.
